EOnline.com got the first word from fallen pageant queen Carrie Prejean. Well, almost. From her lawyer.
The former Miss California's lawyer, Charles LiMandri, is going on the offensive against state pageant organization and director Keith Lewis, claiming that Lewis plotted Prejean's downfall by knowingly sending her lists of events and opportunities that were beyond the typical expected duties.
"There was really a lack for trust and a lack of respect," LiMandri says. "He was trying to set her up. Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler wanted her out, pure and simple. They finally found a way to get their way."
Lewis has said that Prejean skipped out on upward of 30 appearances and that her inability to live up to the terms of her contract was the reason she was fired.

Prejean's lawyer may make this claim in her defense. But I personally seriously doubt that she made a good effort to fulfill the duties expected of her. However this whole fiasco will continue as a matter of some debate I expect, with both sides offering more explanations.

I've heard it was suggested she do a semi-nude in Playboy. That seems a bit much to me.

She was offered a shoot for Playboy. They extended the offer through
Keith Lewis. She claimed to have been outraged by this, however one
of the leaked emails has her telling Lewis in no uncertain terms that
he is to send her every offer that is extended. So she insisted that he
give her all this information and then feigned disgust about the Playboy offer. It's absurd not only because she demanded to receive these offers, but also because we know she's really not all that shy about racy photo shoots.

In an interview on Fox Charles LiMandri reviled that Keith Lewis is both gay and a gay organizer. LiMandri also offered proof that Keith Lewis's claims that Prejean didn't fulfill the terms of the contract are false. I expect that Trump will soon fire Keith Lewis and offer Prejean some sort of compensation for the false accusations and horrendous treatment she has endured as a result of Lewis's personal vendetta against her.

She talks to much and just making everything worse as it is now. Maybe she should stop talking. America can't stand her. She not worthy to represent the California nor the USA.
