I always heard that Hitler wasn't much a painter, and now here's the proof of that. The painting certainly isn't great by any means. But I suppose it has significant historic value.

It's not exactly a masterpiece, but you can often tell something about people through their art. I suppose something like a self-portrait makes collectors salivate.
