The man accused of stalking Shawn Johnson has pled not guilty to all three charges -- one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle. Commissioner Kristi Lousteau ordered Robert O'Ryan to have no contact -- writing or electronic -- with Shawn. He must stay 500 yards away from her and from the CBS lot where "Dancing with the Stars" is taped.
The 34-year-old was charged with one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded gun in a vehicle. O'Ryan wore a red shirt and khaki pants with a scraggly beard and long brown hair down to his waist. During his arraignment in Los Angeles Superior Court, he attempted to hide behind his attorney, Public Defender Dwight Corum.
Bail was increased from $35,000 to $220,000, with a trial date set for April 27. If convicted, O'Ryan could face up to four years in prison.
