Demi Moore is urging a terminally ill fan not to have plastic surgery to look like her.
"Wish I could contact this woman Lisa Connell who wants to have surgery to look like me & encourage her to not to! She is a beautiful girl!" the actress wrote on Twitter March 16.
US Magazine says Connell -- who was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer in 2006 -- announced plans to spend $60,000 on liposuction, a breast enhancement, eyebrow lift and work on her skin and teeth to look like her favorite actress.
"People think I'm crazy for doing this, but I know it will make my last months or years happier," she said.
"When I was young I used to watch Demi Moore in films like Ghost and I longed to look like her," she continued. "I want to die beautiful, so this is my way of taking back control of my body."

I knew Demi Moore was in movies, but to call her an actress is a little much. As long as I don't have to pay for the $60K, what she does with her money is up to her.

I didn't think a story of someone dying of inoperable brain cancer could be any sadder...I was way wrong. To subject herself to the additional pain and discomfort of multiple surgeries for, literally skin deep, purely superficial reasons...boggles the mind...let alone the whole I want to look like some actress aspect. None of that will change who she is. Waste of precious time, energy, money...sad, very sad. Compare, I want to make the world a better place with my time and my $60,000 versus I want to look pretty when I'm dead in my box rotting. It's not just sad...it's sick.
