Just last week Amy Winehouses husband, Blake Civil, was released from prison and sent straight over to rehab. But it seems Amy is against more than just her own rehibilitation.

Friends say Amy -- whose hit Rehab begins with the line "They tried to make me go to rehab, I said, 'No, No, No'" -- wants to be sure their marriage is worth it.

She was said to be livid after finding out Blake was being released only hours before. Her dad Mitch, 57, a London cabbie, said: "He never told her. She learnt about it from reporters."
