The Hills star, Lauren Conrad, is close to inking a fragrance and sunglasses deal. Her lines will be sold at a department store nationwide. Miss Conrad has become a hot commodity lately. Last week, the vice chairman at Bloomingdales told WWD her contemporary collection is selling up a storm and they can't keep it on the shelve. He also said LC has the their best selling celebrity line.
