It's certainly not the worst nip slip we've ever seen but the actress (can we still call her that?) seemed mortified after the malfunction. Mischa was leaving a fashion show in London.

It's really easy prey for these photogs. They just trail these way too rich 20 somethings who can't handle their booze/drugs and presto- a stupid picture. We have a moron in from of and behind the camera. Big deal.
