Real estate is real overpriced in Vancouver. Here in Portland I'm seriously looking at a 15 unit apartment building with a commercial retail location at the ground floor for $1 million which is a far better bargain and will produce thousands in rental income each month. You don't find such deals in Vancouver for sure.
