One funny quirk was the slight ratings fall for the excellent drama, IN PLAIN SIGHT, which was the lead in for the Olympics coverage over at USA Network on Sunday. For some reason the ratings on IN PLAIN SIGHT fell below 5 million once the new season of MONK started on Fridays and never recovered completely. The season finale of IN PLAIN SIGHT drew less than 4 million viewers despite a terrific storyline. Go figure?
