The musicians put their signatures to the agreement in January 1962.An original copy of the 1962 management contract signed by the Beatles and Brian Epstein is expected to fetch $500,000 at an auction in London.

The document, signed by all four musicians, will go on sale along with other Beatles items on September 4th. Epstein delayed signing the contract for eight months - waiting until he had fulfilled his promise to secure the fab four their first record deal.

Ringo Starr signed the document under his real name, Richard Starkey.
