Not at all. But the one photo is so convincing you're bound to hear about it from someone some where and we didn't want your scratching your head. Lilo was on the set of her new movie Labor Pains where she plays a young woman who pretends to be pregnant in order to avoid being fired from her job. INF photo cred.
