Britney Spears is on vacation in Costa Rica with Mel Gibson and his wife. Of course the paparazzi weren't far behind. These bikini photos do beg the question, "is she pregnant again?" Of course it could just be her affinity for junk food and Starbucks that's given what looks like a baby bump...
