Socialite heiress Paris Hilton displayed her ignorance recently when she said South Africa and West Africa were "both great countries".

The faux pas came while she was touring South Africa with rocker boyfriend Benji Madden of Good Charlotte.

According to thesun.co.uk, Hilton responded to a question saying, "I love Africa in general - South Africa and West Africa, they are both great countries."

Hilton was accompanying her boyfriend during the My Coke Fest World Tour. No really. That's what the tour is called.
