The Commissioner has just ruled that Britney will not have visitation restored, at least until the next hearing on February 19.
The order came after the testimony several people, including two LAPD cops who responded to the craziness a week ago Thursday; Lisa Hacker, a parenting coach; Loni Jones, a bodyguard, and Pamela Strong, the court monitor who was present during the drama. K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan testified as well.
Word is Brit went to court 3 hours late, told lawyers she just wasn't into the whole testifying thing and left. From there she went to church, lunch and back home again.
When she arrived at court the media circus apparently scared Spears who was heard screaming, "Move back. I'm scared. Stop it. Stop it. I want to get back in the car. Just stop it. Let me get in the car, please."
