Highschool Musicals Sharpay, played by Ashley Tilsdale, unveiled her new nose at NYC's Z100's Jingle Ball Concert this weekend. A few weeks ago, the 'High School Musical' star admitted to having a rhinoplasty on November 30 to correct a severely deviated septum.
