For starters it appears that he was alone. Which is what I feared. It's one thing to be drunk with friend making a ruckus, but to be alone in a drug store and be so disruptive you're forcibly removed... that's bad.
It also seems the actor was at a Chicago night club till 2am prior to his 2:25 arrest. That's some pretty fast action. You gotta really get in there and bust shit up to be arrested in a Wallgreens 25 minutes after being at a club.
