Jason Wahler voluntarily turned himself into jail officials in Issaquah, Washington, October 25 to face charges from an April arrest for assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking, his rep tells Usmagazine.com.

"He's making amends for his past arrest," his rep tells Us exclusively. "This is not a new arrest."

His sentence calls for 30 days in the slammer, but his rep said, "we hope it's cut short."

At least Wahler, 20, is keeping busy behind bars.

His rep tells Us he recenly signed on to play a college jock in the horror flick, 10,000 Doors. (Shooting begins around Thanksgiving.)
