E! Online has confirmed that Lindsay Lohan is checking out of the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah and is due back in Los Angeles by Monday. She's scheduled to begin work on her next film, the tango-fueled Dare to Love Me, on Oct. 15. Father Michael Lohan says his daughter is readier to handle sobriety than she's ever been before and is returning to L.A. to focus on her career.
