Talk about a smart move. Nicole Richie snuck into jail today to serve her sentence for DUI.
She was booked at the Lynwood Jail, where Paris did her time, at 3:15 this this afternoon. Great move by her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley.
While all the attention was on Lindsay, no one was watching Nicole.
So what happened....?
Just 82 minutes after Richie checked into jail, she left a free woman!!!
According to the official website of the L.A. Sheriff's Dept., Richie checked in at 3:15 PM and was released at 4:37 PM.
A Sheriff's source tells TMZ Nicole was routinely processed and released according to normal operating rules.

Well, she is eating for one now. Maybe that is why the sentence was cut short.

I hope and pray that Nicole will not starve herself, or her unborn child for that matter! I love Nicole for the fact that she is beginning to turn her life around! Keep one thing in mind, Nicole is not fat, she is pregnant, healthy, and beautiful! I wish both Nicole and her unborn child the very best!!
