According to sources flooding in, Nicole Richie has pled guilty to charges and was sentenced just moments ago to 4 days. She has been credited for six hours of time served. Richie was also fined $2048 and was ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course.
Richie must report to serve her time by September 28th.
The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone she could be charged with murder -- not manslaughter. That's because after her first DUI, Richie agreed that if she drove under the influence and killed someone, she'd be nailed for murder
The 25-year-old is expected to give birth sometime in January.

I need to be a celebrity so I also get 4 day trips to jail when I speed or DUI hahaha. Sometimes I wonder about LaLa Land.
If Nichol is an alcoholic and is supposedly pregnant does this mean she is drinking?

Hey...
I am the photographer of these fab images of Kathy, she has a ROCKIN bod, that she hides well, and she looked amazing on set that day....of all the pics this shot does not have that much PS, I didn't "rebuild" her...just smoothed her out like all the other celebs!....
