Lindsay Lohan turned herself in to police to be booked on suspicion of driving under the influence during a Memorial Day weekend car crash, police said.
Accompanied by her attorney, Lohan surrendered herself at the Beverly Hills Police Department shortly after 4 p.m. Thursday to be fingerprinted and photographed, said Officer Brian Ballieweg.
She was booked on suspicion of a DUI with a blood alcohol level above .08, California's legal limit, and on suspicion of misdemeanor hit and run, Ballieweg said.

Notice how the booking record reflects her current age of "21"? Seems to get her out of the fact that she committed the offense while not of legal age to drink.

Except for the fact that the accident she was turning herself in for was on Memorial day--several months before her July 2nd, 1986 birthday (from booking report)--so, assuming that the articles are correct (always a big assumption), then she was 20 when the incident occurred.
