Meet Saoirse Ronan, a 13 year old Irish actress. Saoirse will star alongside Rachel Weisz and Ryan Gosling in Peter Jackson's adaptation of Alice Sebold's The Lovely Bones for DreamWorks.
Ronan will play Susie Salmon, the murdered girl who watches over her family -- and killer -- from heaven.
She will also be in Atonment with Keira Knightley, Death Defying Acts with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Guy Pearce, and I Could Never Be Your Woman with Michelle Pfeiffer and Paul Rudd.

Tracey: Sorry about your Spam Artist! On the topic of your post, I think it's great that they will get an "unknown" or newcomer actress to play this part. It will allow one to see the character, and not "Dakaota Fanning as Susie Salmon". Can you imagine how awful the movie would be she were in it????
