Motorists were lucky to survive after a 500 lb wrecking ball broke loose from a crane and slammed into numerous cars.
The incident in Meadville, Pennsylvania yesterday saw the huge ball fly off a crane on the campus of Allegheny College and roll down North Main Street like a monster pinball.
It came to a crunching stop after slamming into the back of a Ford Taurus.
The driver of the car was stretchered away and two other people were also taken for medical treatment, police said.
