Martha Stewart is resting up after undergoing surgery on her left hip. The domestic diva's rep says she's "feeling fine" after the June 19 operation stemming from "an injury." David Perel's National Enquirer reports that the work-driven Stewart put off the two-hour surgery for more that a year, hiding "her condition from her studio audience" by staying seated during the show's opening. "She left each of her nurses a bag of homemade cookies and a personal note," a source tells the tab.
