Nikki Finke has the read hot news on two new attractions bound for Universal Studios Florida. The themed area would be at a previously unused portion of the amusement park. The negotiations have been kept uber-secret.

In addition, The Simpsons attraction at Universal Studios will "probably" physically replace the recently closed Back To The Future ride. Those details are also wrapped in complete secrecy. The new "travel with Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie" attraction will be announced sometime before Fox's The Simpsons movie release on July 27th, and perhaps as soon as this month. I hear the new ride's opening should be Summer 2008.
