I'm just gonna let TMZ have at it b/c this is just too much for me to process...
TMZ has confirmed Britney Spears is back in rehab. We're told the singer is hoping three times is a charm. The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled because of the new development. There will be no custody hearing today.
Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. We're also told this will be Spears' last chance -- if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.
We're told Spears showed up at Federline's house last night and he wouldn't let her in.
Sources say the kids are now in the custody of Federline and have been since last week.
TMZ has just confirmed Spears' inpatient rehab program is supposed to last between 30 and 45 days.

The whole Britney Rehab saga of the last few days has cemented a thought I've had for some time.
If you are serious about rehab and kick your addictions, you are not going to go to a place with a name that could double as a day care center ("Wonderland") or a cheesy Vegas wedding chapel ("Promises").
You are not going to go to a place that doubles as a "Spa", a/k/a Arizona or Antigua.
You are going to get you sorry a** to a place like Hazelden or Betty Ford (which, in it's location in the SoCal desert, is a rare exception to the "no-spa" clause).
Also, any mention why Britney isn't in a Detox facility before heading on to Rehab? In reputable rehab facilities, detox has to be undertaken before you are accepted. No exceptions.

Langtry,
Arizona has a few extremely reputable rehab facilities. Don't you remember a few years ago when Rush L. needed help, he came to Wickenburg, ARIZONA for his world class rehab.
It's not a spa.
