Two seperate reports from the day Brit shaved off the hair help paint a picture of her frame of mind.

The first is from Emily Wynne-Hughes, an employee at Body & Soul, the Sherman Oaks tattoo parlor where Britney got a black-white-and-pink cross tattooed on her lower hip and red-and-pink lips on her wrist. Emily says, "She was a nightmare to deal with. She was screaming and flipping out from the pain and wiggling her body all around."
At one point during Britney's one-hour visit, Hughes asked Britney why there was a pink stain on her fluffy white handbag and Britney said she had "spilled Nyquil all over it."
The next report is from Esther Tognozzi, owner of the salon where Brit commited the chopping. She tells Usmagazine.com that after Britney shaved off all her hair, "She just looked in the mirror and said with tears in her eyes, 'Oh, my God, I shaved it all off. My mom is going to be so upset with me.'" Tognozzi, who waived her normal $20 cut fee for Britney, adds that, other than the tears when she looked in the mirror, "Britney had a blank face and showed little emotion whatsoever."
