Bastards. My payroll here at wizbang just barely covers the train ticket from Philly to NYC. So how I'm ever going to afford the $22 million price tag on 704 Broadway I'll never know. The lavish penthouse has been on the market for 3 years now and has some how raised its asking price. In the meantime they cover the owners costs by renting the space out for parties and TV shows. Law and Order has used it plenty. Keep an eye out for it. I've been doing it for years.
