Model Niki Taylor was confused. She didn't know that the E! Network would want to include anything interesting in their profile of her on their new show "Blvd. of Broken Dreams."

The U.S. District Court suit, filed Friday, also alleged fraud, breach of contract and invasion of privacy claiming E! Entertainment representatives falsely claimed the show would focus on Taylor's current life. Exciting things like how she takes her coffee and her top three uses for oatmeal.

"My life is far from a 'boulevard of broken dreams,'" Taylor said in a statement. Well, more like one exit over.
