Dezeen Magazine has gotten their hands on renderings of Kanye's nearly completed New York apartment, designed by minimalist architect Claudio Silvestrin. Taking Japanese customs a step further, Kanye has asked that all visitors remove their shoes and hang out in the hall.

A few dirty handprints on the wall, or maybe a cranberry juice spill, would dress that place up nicely.
