FORGET Travis Barker - Shanna Moakler has a new love. Moakler, who's in a nasty divorce from the Blink 182 drummer and her VH1 "Meet the Barkers" co-star, told partiers at the Skyy Vodka and Maxim Hot 100 party at Stone Rose in L.A. that she and her "Dancing With the Stars" partner, Jesse DeSoto, are dating. The show also paired up real-life lovers Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff, who also attended the party.
