According to Life + Style mag, the pair have decided to renew their pledge to wed after a "touchy" reconciliation following a rocky period in their relationship. "Ryan didn't have to repropose," says an insider. "He and Rachel just agreed it was time to think about getting married again because they had worked out their problems.
