It appears Vince is testing to see if the tank is full by sticking his fingers in the tank. Who does that?

Vince is such a big bear. What a really nice guy he is and very under estimated. He was also in Mr and Mrs Smith. Lucky Jolie left him alone. He is too sweet to hurt the way she hurts every one else. Brad is an extremely intelligent and tough guy and we all know he will handle Jolie in the right manner for all concerned.
