Singer Michael Jackson, 47, is moving to Europe to jump-start his musical career now that charges of child molestation have been put to rest.Jackson's spokeswoman Raymone Bain said Jackson has decided that having a home in Europe will facilitate projects he plans to become involved in. Bain said the singer is planning a comeback world tour and is working on a new album to be released in 2007, Life Style Extra reports.
