A source tells Star that Anna and her baby's purported father, Larry Birkhead, have matching silver crosses, which Anna wore on the balcony June 9. "It's like she's sending him a message," says the source.
While Anna has not publicly identified the baby's father, she flaunted her burgeoning belly -- and other assets! -- to Stern, who has been staying with her by the sea.
Howard tenderly helped Anna slip into her top. "It was a grand production, and he was standing no more than a foot away," says an eyewitness. However, another source notes, "That's normal behavior for Howard. Anna doesn't have many close friends, so he's like her best girlfriend!"
