Nicky Hilton may start her own boutique-hotel chain. The hotel heiress huddled at Social Miami in South Beach with promoter Ingrid Casares and interior decorator Faye Resnick (a friend of O.J. Simpson's slain wife, Nicole). Hilton's manager, Paul Fisher, confirmed that Nicky and her partners were looking at locations in Miami, Chicago and San Francisco.
