No word at the Powerpuff Girls mini-site at CartoonNetwork.com, but someone's posted the Japanese-only Powerpuff Girls Z trailer. According to rumor, it's an anime version of the Powerpuff Girls, much in the mold of Dragonball Z (I love the original thinking), and it's set to open in Japan, and Japan only. It looks completely legit, and cartoons (anime/manga) are much more of a draw than in other countries, so this thing could be legit.

Look for it to show up in the [adult swim] message boards in T-minus 5...4...3...2...1...
