I'm having one of those moments, like I really need to get into the boss's office, but his snarky secretary is looking at me like, well, how he looks at people, and then gives you that condescending "Ah. If you'll take a seat, I'm sure we'll get right to you." Then he promptly goes back to reading a magazine.

Stealing other people's ideas Doing some independent investigative journalism, I saw the link to Spade Says Locklear is "Nursing Wounds" from the Us Weekly blog. But, when I click the link, the story is gone. No amount of stamping my feet or holding my breath 'til I turn blue made the MySQL server parse the PHP to open the database connection through the WordPress instillation. The story may, or may not be gone forever.

I say all that to say I'm taking A Socialite's Life's word that this quote is accurate:

Us: What can you tell us about the new budding romance between Denise Richards and Richie Sambora? How is Heather coping?

DS: All I know is she's home nursing her knife wounds in the back tonight.

Us: How do you feel about it?

DS: That whole thing - objectively -- looks a little rough. But I think that's the common opinion. Guys you can kind of not trust. But girls usually cover each other. That's why that makes that rougher than usual.

Okay, one little detail I might've left out while complaining about their database collapsing: Spade and Locklear, are, you know, dating. Sort of makes this whole thing continue down that messy, messy path, don't it?
