Britney Spears' husband Kevin Federline finally cut his mangy locks and, as the picture above indicates, cleaned up a bit. The 10 inches of hair he had cut was donated to to Locks Of Love, a not-for-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under the age of 18 with medical hair loss.
