That's Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson of .The Black Eyed Peas. After careful study of the full size images it appears Fergie is either:

A) A tranny

B) Has one half of a set of six-pack abs

C) Is digesting H.R.Giger's Alien from the Sigourney Weaver movie.

Frankly there have been so many cosmetic alterations to that body there's no telling what the real answer is...
