The completely heterosexual Tom Cruise is contemplating litigation against Life & Style magazine for their lying lies. From his lawyer:
Fields says, "This is a disgusting and malicious story.
"It is unequivocally false and I have already demanded a retraction. I will be sitting down with Tom in the next couple of days to discuss this story, and ultimately it's his call as to whether we bring a lawsuit. But if it was up to me, I would sue."
Um, I may not be a legal scholar or nothin', but it seems to me that suing for something that you claim to be false would leave you wide open for a countersuit when it comes out the the allegations of splitupitude were correct.

I always knew that this relationship would not work out. Katie Holmes and I have the same birthday (not year, albeit I am closer to Tom Cruises' age. Look at the iteligent women that he had in his life who would not be dominated,Nicole Kidman, Penelupe Cruz. Katie is young but, she is a Sagitarian, and Sagitarian women are only naive for a short time and as they get older, there is no man on the planet that can fool her. She is independent, outspoken and usualy has more male friends than woman, because women are so stuck in a role, that they dispise a women who does not follow rules. I believe Tom is a misogynist and needs some psychological help. I hope Katie gets out of the relationship, with baby in-tow and finds happiness elsewhere. Diane, Boulder, CO

i heard that when he and katie hooked up, he was really trying to get in contact with a different katie. so she got him by accident. either way, he should do her and everyone else a favor and just come out of the closet already.

I don't care at all about all the nonsenses I read in the media. I am happy that they are together and happy. Once for all, just leave them alone. Get a life!
